Watamu Community Hospital Gets Branding Treatment
Noesis has developed the brand and application for a community hospital in Watamu, Kenya, we were approached by the hospital to create a logo which reflects the nature of the hospital and the services they offer.
The symbol needed to be as recognizable as the International Symbol for medical care but with a local feel. The interweaving cross icon symbolises the connection between cultures creating a symbol of strength contained in a secure environments graphically represented by a circle.
Noesis value the importance of being involved in non for profit organisations and currently work with the Ol Malo Trust and Children’s Radio Foundation, also based in Kenya.
The international client base Noesis currently serves, allows our creatives to learn other cultures and what visually drives them, the bold rich colours which are significant to Kenya serve as an inspiration.

Team Noesis Completes Day 2 of 182 Miles in 2 days – Padstow to Cheriton Fitzpaine
Waking up in Padstow to the sounds of the boats leaving for the mornings work, the fresh sea air and sunshine was a great start to the day. Ahead of us lay 82 miles of hills travelling more inland towards Dartmoor where our finishing point was at the Ring ‘o’ Bells Pub. Nigel and myself were feeling good, bikes in order and ready to roll. We had decided it would be a nice departure from Padstow to cross the estuary to Rock on the ferry. The guys on the ferry kindly allowed us a free trip as we were riding for charity which was an added bonus, little did we know at this stage what lay ahead of us! Continue reading+

In support of The Born Free Foundation and The British Heart Foundation the pair set off from the infamous Land’s End sign travelling only on “B’ roads via the coast of Cornwall to Padstow. As you can see from the photograph Jez (left) has come prepared on a lightweight race bike with 14 gears ‘The Red Baron,” whilst Nigel (right) is sporting a Dawes tourer “The Tank,” with 27 gears and lots of bags which are empty.
