Manhattan based urban re-generation specialists appoint Noesis to create their new identity and on line media.
Northstar Property Group will be re-branded 5th Square Group by the Noesis team. The new name is drawn from the main location of the Group’s business on the corner of 18th Street and 5th Avenue in Manhattan, New York.The creative team will design the new logo using the square shape of the current premises, which will serve as an identity for the Group company as well as Northstar’s hospitality business. The new identity will be used in a variety of mediums and formats, ranging from corporate marketing materials through to property privacy screens.In line with the new brand, Noesis will also create the 5th Square Group corporate website, designed to showcase the Group’s past and current re-generation projects as well as corporate information.Jez Hayter of Noesis commented, “We are delighted to be working with Northstar Property Group, in what is an exciting time in the Company’s history and development.
